Hello from sunny Brisbane! ☀️
It has been some time since our family has had time to test out recipes, and we sure have a few good ones to share. We have finally settled into the Queensland life, the beautiful sunny weather almost all year round, the outdoor lifestyle, and of course the friendly people.
We have a HUGE bed of lettuce in our new backyard which has been great as with the warm weather we have felt more like lighter meals rather than the heavier winter meals we were having during the cold of the Adelaide winter. We have been experimenting with mince a bit lately and making different patties, meatballs, and burgers! Burgers are such as quick and easy meat dish to make up that you can have so many ways. They are always a hit BBQ, they can be baked in the oven or pan-fried then served up alongside almost any salad, with bread rolls, noodles or rice. They are just so versatile, and of course, almost all kids seem to love them. We hope you enjoy our burger recipe – they are just mouthwatering delicious 😋
